I've dedicated a significant part of my adult life to pursuing avenues that instill pride and fulfillment. In every team I've had the privilege to join, I've contributed to enhancing the department and/or the organization as a whole, leaving behind processes and strategies that pave the way for future success. Departing from each role was never a simple choice, but it was essential for my continued growth and ability to contribute effectively.
With more than twenty years of experience, I have developed a wide range of skills in the customer service sector. My career has included roles in executive administration, manufacturing/production, management, data processing, warehousing, and reception. I've worked across various industries such as fashion, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, real estate, renovation, and heating and air conditioning.

Paragon Heating & Cooling - Social Media
As the operations and customer service manager, it is my responsibility to create and post on the company's social media. Utilizing Adobe Photoshop and the Meta Business Suite, I create and schedule campaigns to try to drive traffic to our page and website. I create videos of recent work and try to engage the community as well.
